Full-service design is ideal for projects requiring a higher level of detail and project management. Whether you are building from scratch, renovating a single room or a full home we will manage the entire process. This service is tailored to suit your specific project goals. Our process includes floor plans, millwork drawings, sourcing finishes and fixtures, design project management, and furniture and décor installation coordination.

For those looking for a major refresh of a specific room in their home. This package will begin with a design questionnaire and visit to the client’s home (virtual meetings can be arranged) to document the room and discuss project goals and budget. Clients will be provided with floor plan options, concept boards, and a shopping list of furniture, lighting, and finishes for implementing the design at their own pace. Does not include technical drawings. Purchasing of any material and/or furniture will be billed at regular hourly rate. 

 

Time: 2 hrs max meeting (on site or virtually) + design concept development time

Investment: $1500

Need help refreshing your space, prepping for an upcoming event, or selling your home? Our design consultation service could be the perfect fit. This service suits people who know what they like but need some help in pulling everything together.  This service is best done in person to get the most out of the experience, however video or email correspondence can be arranged. We can help guide you through decision and choices regarding millwork design, art and décor styling, furniture layouts, finishes, paint selection and more.
